Problem solve when draws are not accurately funded due to tenant overages, etc. and work towards resolution with each asset team member.

Compare banks term sheets to see what loan program and lender is the best fit for each property. Assist with the management, repairs and renovations on projects, as needed. Review for accuracy and analyze commercial loan documentation, including but not limited to personal Guaranty's, Promissory Notes, Assignments of Rents and Leases, Deeds, Corporate Resolutions and title work. Create eight binders for quarterly financials. Track quarterly in Excel the expenses and lease reimbursable on each property from the financials.
