I am an organised, process, task and detail-oriented person who doesn’t mind a good list! I love to plan, but oddly, I don’t mind being thrown a curve ball - adaptability at its finest! I enjoy all facets of Contract and Project Management but mostly the fulfilment gained by negotiating optimal terms, meeting deadlines, building strong professional relationships, effective and innovative document control and completing projects on time and in budget. In my opinion, there isn’t a whole lot better than that.Learning, growing and continuous improvement are some of the most important aspects in any role. However, in the forever evolving world of Contracts and Projects, it is not only important but essential. Thankfully, I am passionate about reading and expanding my knowledge base. If I don’t understand or know how to do something, I’ll find out. I have been afforded many successes and learning opportunities over the years; both aspects being vital to my growth personally, professionally and as a leader. They have shaped me into the Contracts professional I am today and will continue to for many years. In a speech delivered by President John F.
