Coordinates stimulating activities for children of 5-13 years of age. Leads large groups of children through various skill-building activities such as archery, fire building, gardening, animal care, and sustainable art. Uses conflict resolution skills to solve disagreements between children while facilitating a positive learning atmosphere for children.
