I oversee the daily operations of a team of recruiters working at a IG. I create long-term strategies for their organization, and are responsible for hiring, training, and guiding a team of recruiters. I'm set staffing targets and then assist the staff in achieving them.I also generate leads through marketing and networking. I cultivate strong client relationships by meeting with clients frequently to understand their needs so that I can address them through customized staffing solutions. I'm skilled at both attracting new business and closing deals. I'm always building the company’s profile, looking for more business and finding the best ways to promote it.Additionally, I ensure that all financial performance goals are met. Oversee the attainment of budgeted sales and profit goals through business development and growth of the customer base.

Implement temporary/contract and direct hire staffing sales strategies such as professional/social networking, cold calling, email marketing, and inbound marketing to develop a prospect list of Human Resources professionals and Hiring Managers who utilize staffing services.Identify unique buyers within an organization that own budget approval and hiring discretion.Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives for the purpose of promoting our solutions to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.Join and attend Human Resources and Trade organization networking meetings.Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and evaluate client's staffing needs in order to recommend and provide staffing solutions.Set and achieve weekly goals resulting in generated new client job orders.Negotiate hourly bill rates, direct hire fees and staffing agreement terms.Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, submitting, and filling a fixed percentage of job orders with qualified candidates.Assist with branch operations such as sales funnel management and recruitment.
