Project coordinator for up to 90 projects, this involved project invoicing, project reviews, project budgeting, creating quote jobs, tasks for projects and paying external invoices I was also involved with work experience students, having coordinated over 60 students to come into the business for work experience for 1 week during July and facilitated and ran assessment centers for apprentices looking to join the business.

During my time at Marks & Spencer, I organized and ran the through the night orders at Christmas, completed customer orders and refunds for both food products and clothing items, as well as dealing with customer complaints. I also completed stock takes and amended the stock file, in addition to the daily tasks of filling and serving customers on the tills.
