In less than a year at Linode, they have been instrumental in improving and growing Employee Resource Groups including Intersect, DEI, LGBTQIA, and helped to improve Linode's parental leave policy. Additionally, they are involved in conversations with People Operations and the CEO to help educate the company on the need to improve the inclusive environment we all want to foster. On top of all of this, they are constantly growing as a Linux system administrator and are an important part of the Community Expert team.
