I have 20+ years in the veterinary field working as a veterinary technician and receptionist. Some job duties included answering phones, educating clients about their pets needs, scheduling appointments, sending and filling prescriptions, ordering supplies and medications, making immunotherapy mixtures for patients, administering intradermal allergy tests on patients, blood draws, animal restraint, nail trims, going over doctors medical recommendations with clients after appointments, administering injections to animals, and so much more. My client and customer service skills are excellent. I have very good time management and organizational skills.
