My thirst for knowledge in both business and people, took me through many different roles within the Cotton On Group. Within those multiple management roles, some of my responsibilities included:· Recruiting, hiring and training new team members· Team development by setting expectations, reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback· Managing wage targets to increase store productivity· Shrink management· Operations and inventory management· Analysing customer trends in order to maximize salesIn 2022, I stepped down into a casual sales assistant role to further my knowledge at University.
