Norris Elementary in one of four elementary schools in the Norris School District in Bakersfield, Ca. It is considered a "small" school dist. however, we have about 700 students on our campus. It is the largest campus in the district. I currently have the pleasure of being on the first grade team. A wonderful collaboration of seven amazing women that truly understand the ideas of team work. We all work together to support each other as our primary goal. Thus, in turn supports all our students at a high level than we ever could working as individuals. The thing I love about teaching the most besides being apart of the team I'm on is when I see a struggling student have that break through moment and "click" with what ever it is they are struggling with.

Owner and operator of home daycare. Ran all aspects of a small business in addition to caring for the children. School drop off and pick as well as healthy snacks & meals. Tutoring and school support provided daily. Loving & safe environment with focus on education and extension activities.
