Developed and led implementation of the long-range strategy to align our benefit programs with the needs of this 12,000 employee technology consulting firm while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Negotiated contracts, managed external service providers, and oversaw enrollment processes. Led and managed data collection and metrics to support financial, strategic and statistical analysis involved in designing and preparing employee benefit programs. Major accomplishments included integrating plans and programs for multiple acquisitions, designing a new Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and implementing the benefits module of SAP HR.
