I have always worked with the public and pride myself on being a customer service expert. I have completed a Business and Digital Marketing Management degree which I have combined with my exemplary on the job experience. Throughout my career I have held jobs working with customers in one capacity or another, whether it was behind a counter, at a cash register, or answering inbound calls at a call center. I have an intuitive ability to understand people that I have honed over the years of interacting with the public. I am sympathetic and understanding but also strive to be fair in my dealings with others which has served me well both in my professional career and my personal life. This combined with my ability to quickly acquire new skills and abilities has made me both a fast learner and a great instructor. I have been trained as a troubleshooter for a busy local courier service and further enhanced my dispute resolution working at retail customer service counters during the Christmas season and beyond. I completely immerse myself in the culture of my workplaces and model that behaviour with any trainees while instilling confidence in the procedures being taught. During my time as an Assistant Store Manager, I was called upon to collaborate with both the on-duty associates and the other members of the management team on the daily needs of the business. I participated in weekly Zoom meetings with other members of the company across all of western Canada. My versatility has led me to excel across many platforms. I am uniquely qualified to benefit a very wide range of job possibilities and am eagerly looking for my next opportunity.
