Every day consists of challenging myself with a new task and this is just the beginning.Starting a TikTok account for Refreshed Traveler, allowed for our products to reach more individuals while allowing us to connect with our customers on another social media platform.Studying analysis allows for the understanding of obstacles, achievements, and where growth is needed.Designing marketing emails gives me the opportunity to express our company's mission through words and images while putting the customer's view first.

The IV Lounge's mission is to provide alternative medicine to individuals. They provide individuals with preventive health care along with the boost necessary when you are not feeling your best. As the receptionist at the IV Lounge, I had the opportunity to make a difference, each and every person that walked through the door had to be seen by me first. Being their first point of contact as well as the last allowed me to have a positive impact on their day. Collaborating with the marketing team each month allowed me to express what was working at the front end of the business along with the areas that needed improvement. Managing invoices and sales allowed for the analysis of data, a close eye on every product being used, and every dollar coming in the door. As a result, all invoices are now paid on the first of each month along with constant follow-ups on any errors that may occur.

Planet Smoothie's mission is to make every guest's day better by serving great-tasting products. Serving over 100 customers daily made the days very exciting and fast-paced. While working with a great team of individuals made coworkers feel like family. As a shift team lead, training and mentoring new employees maximizes our team performance and allowed targets to be reached. Weekly inventory and managing registers allowed for successful monthly goals to be met.
