Supporting 8 divisions of Hubbell for all customer specific needs on SAP to make sure that the system works correctly from entering orders to invoicing the customer. I also resolve EDI (Electrontic Data Interface) issues with our customers. We work together to send anything from and invoice, acknowledgement of order, advanced shipping notice, to invoice between SAP to the customers system. I am also in charge of the EDI ship and debit process. Customers send in electronic mail in rebates and I make sure they flow correctly to SAP and the credits get sent back to the customer.
