I am a highly motivated learner who is passionate about IT and am currently working as the Production and Admin Support person at Sanitarium's Brisbane site.I am an extremely competent problem solver which has helped me to gain experience upgrading networks, test and tagging equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues whilst also providing assistance to the Project Manager, Maintenance Manager and Manufacturing Manager.I have experience with many different kinds of software including but not limited to: SAP, MEX, Office Suite, Windows, MS Teams, WinPats, RStudio, Visual Basic. Also, I have held many different roles on top of my main role at Sanitarium. Some of these include: Fire Warden, Test and Tagger, WHS Committee Member, Spirit of Sanitarium Awards Site Co-ordinator, Better U Site Co-ordinator, Beacon Champion, Contractor Supervisor. I am continuously working to improve myself and my skills as an active learner and creative problem-solver.Throughout my career I have become proficient at multi-tasking, problem solving, working with people, leading a team, supervising, working independently, customer service, effective communication, project management and building vendor relationships.My study at Griffith University towards a Bachelor of Computer Science, Majoring in Software Engineering, is a firm step into the IT field I am most interested in. I want to gain the skills and knowledge to become an excellent software engineer such as developing well designed, testable and documented code, front-end and back-end software, leading a team and training young coders, the ability to maintain existing code and related documentation.I am also proud to say I run a seasonal online business (The Desk of Kringle), writing Santa Letters to children across Australia. I have a website, Facebook and Instagram presence that I have been steadily growing over the last 4 years.
