I received a scholarship from Oceania Dairy in 2017. A key element of the scholarship was that I undertook paid work experience during the university breaks. Even after the scholarship ended I continued to work at Oceania during university breaks. In this role, I work with HR, Health and Safety and the Environment departments. My key achievements have been: creating learning and development programmes, developing courses for managers, adapting quickly to new tasks/new softwares, prioritising tasks of importance, producing high quality work independently, working to deadlines, engaging with various stakeholders, and ensuring confidential treatment of information.
