Consolidate financial statements with affiliates for presentation to the corporate office. 2. Prepare departmental financial statements and other internal reports monthly and on an as needed basis. 3. Prepare all balance sheet schedules to reconcile with financial statements: PTO accrual, bonus accrual, prepaid expenses, rent deferral, etc.o Supervise Accounts Payable department, including affiliate payables. Assist withmanagement of Accounts Receivable and Payroll departments.o Prepare annual budgets for all professional and administrative departments. 1. Use reports and historical data to derive revenue estimates. 2.
