Develop and manage national education programs, including instructor led and eLearning programs and tools, and measurement and reporting of client success outcomes. Supervise and develop Financial Education Specialists across footprint states. Participate in conferences, seminars and speaking engagements around expert-led or focused programs aimed at increasing financial capability. Collaborate with other agency leaders, as an advocate for education, to identify and implement board approved strategies for effective performance and overall organizational success.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify, develop and implement local and national educational programs, including research and development of instructor led and eLearning courses, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, surveys, outcome tracking and reporting. Develop and manage in-person and online personal learning program content. Facilitate regular train-the-trainer sessions to support Financial Education Specialists across multiple footprint states.

Collaborate with the business to identify, develop and implement training strategies for delivery in blended learning environments. Complete needs analysis, recommendation for methods and sequencing of instruction, material development, train the trainer session delivery, project management and return on investment reporting for each initiative completed.

Deliver various training initiatives utilizing adult learning principles, incluiding lecture based, hands-on, web based and live meeting training in support of new hire and recurrent initiatives. Develop and maintain training documents including new hire curriculum, job aids and communication updates. Local and national project participation including needs analysis, performance tracking and evaluation, train the trainer session delivery, and management of training initiatives through completion.
