I develop training to help diverse workforces not only communicate better, but also receive the training they need in a culturally relevant way, to perform their jobs at a high.

I develop eLearning and instructor-led curriculum for occupational Spanish courses, including Spanish for Medical Professionals, Spanish for Educators, Spanish for Construction, and Spanish for Social Services. I manage the LMS, maintain the social media sites, and write blog posts. I connect employees and bridge the communication gap by going into.

Lake Mills, WI

I taught Spanish at Lake Mills High School, including Spanish 1-5 and Spanish for Native Speakers course from 2011-2016. I served as the English Language Learner (ELL) Coordinator for the Lake Mills Area School District from 2016-2020. I developed a Spanish for Native Speakers course due to a need to improve the Spanish-speakers’ writing and reading.

I served as the principal Inpatient General Nursing trainer for Epic, a leading electronic medical records software system, for implementation and new hire courses. I led the design and development of the first e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate for Dean University. I also developed curriculum, facilitator guides, and guided practices for physician.

Aurora, Colorado

Served as the Service Learning Director, where I facilitated a program with 400 students volunteering in the community as part of the Service Learning component of their high school program. Also taught Spanish 1 and 2 as part of the school curriculum.

Facilitated an international exchange program for high school students between the United States, Spain, and Ireland. Found host families, facilitated travel arrangements, and J-1 and R-1 visas for adult teachers between the programs.
