This position is the perfect blend of sales and operations management. In this role, I have the opportunity to lead and develop a sales team and improve sales processes through continuous training and monitoring. This position has also allowed me to connect with my peers and our clients, fostering a motivating community that aids in member retention and studio growth. Through goal setting surrounding studio profit and loss and working towards personal and studio-wide KPI, I am motivated and continue to learn from what I do.I have gained a wide variety of experience through overseeing and working on the teams of multiple locations within the Chicagoland Fitness franchise, varying in size and demographic. I am excited by the impact we make each day and the way we appeal to such a diverse clientele.
