This included all aspects of video production, from budgeting, SOW, project management, pre-production, filming, video/audio editorial, to final media distribution. Daily workflow included production meetings with the internal teams, hiring production crew, liaison between game developers and internal CG team. Also working closely with Creative Directors to ensure the creative vision, budget/schedule were all on track and supervising/managing the daily workflow of video editors, external vendors, and coordinators.
