About Konstantin Tarachev
I dedicated most of my life to IT. For 20+ years I have been dealing with digital products for large user base, building efficient dev teams, and providing the tech side of the projects. For ABBYY I had been running mobile development and contributed a lot to Finereader and Lingvo. While working at Samsung I have played a major role in launching several major products.Now I’m the CTO and head of development at arcsinus. I’m responsible for the architecture, infrastructure, system administration, code quality, tech stack as well as team scaling and training. I’m keen on team and project management, and building up the development processes.At arcsinus, we are reshaping the customer experience across MLM, e-com, and in-store to make it generate more revenue and profit. Our experience proves that modern technological solutions can significantly enhance the process and the quality of customer service, thereby increasing the average check, the frequency of purchases and the conversion.
