Nuvolo, a cloud-based enterprise asset management platform, provides life-cycle management solutions for enterprise assets of health systems, laboratories, facilities, and manufacturers. Additionally, Nuvolo offers implementation, support, tracking, reporting, and analytics solutions.In my role at Nuvolo, I managed Clinical and Facilities EAM, and Clinical Cyber Security implementation projects. It was my responsibility to conduct Kickoff meetings with clients to commence projects, followed by recurring calls with stakeholders to discuss requirements, configurations and technical integrations. After the client accepted deliverables, onsite training was provided, followed by hypercare, and then transitioned to support to confirm project closure.

Fresenius Medical Care is a German company specializing in the production of medical supplies, primarily to facilitate or aid renal dialysis.In my role at Fresenius Medical Care, I supported the Fresenius Health Partners Clinical Interventions Lab as the Program Manager. I primarily focused on clinical intervention pilot projects intended to improve quality and lower the cost of care for patients. The Clinical Interventions Lab pilot teams are represented by a collection of individuals from across the Fresenius enterprise.

Verge Health, a SaaS organization, offers enterprise integrated health system software that allows hospitals to proactively manage risk and compliance.In my role at Verge Health I managed health system software implementation projects.Dependent on the module being implemented, projects on average, would span the duration of 12-weeks to 24-weeks. It was my responsibility to conduct Kickoff meetings with clients to commence projects, followed by weekly calls with stakeholders to discuss requirements, configurations and technical integrations. After the client formally accepted deliverables, remote WebEx training was provided for all stakeholders to confirm project closure and transition to support.

M2 (Motivated Marketing) provides marketing and advertising services in Charleston, SC.While at M2 I planned, developed and maintained client search marketing campaigns, with monthly budgets ranging from $500 to $25,000. I was responsible for collecting data and building weekly, monthly and annual web analytics reports to forecast future spending and budgeting.

Douglass Media Group, a marketing and advertising company, specializes in growing SMBs by way of customizable integrated marketing and advertising solutions.In my role I was responsible for collaborating, planning, developing and maintaining PPC and display campaigns, with respective monthly budgets of $25,000 and $6,000. I managed internal and external UAT by gathering feedback and diagnosing the existing process to produce new iterations to the development team for product maintenance and improvement. I also acted as the lead QA charged with the creation of an advertising placement product testing framework and documentation.

Kasasa (fka BancVue), a financial SaaS organization, provides community-powered products designed to drive profit and growth for community financial institutions. *In 2011 I sought out an opportunity for a lateral departmental move and joined the Search and Analytics team. *In 2012 BancVue experienced a workforce reduction and I was included in this layoff.In my role as a Search and Analytics Project Manager I was responsible for creating, managing and optimizing 60+ financial institutions’ Google AdWords PPC accounts and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). I determined appropriate KPIs for clients, including but not limited to: number of website visits, unique visitors, pageviews, bounce rate, and conversions. I also tracked website metrics and performance with IBM Coremetrics. Lastly, I created monthly, quarterly and annual reports for clients that included insights and actionable recommendations.

Kasasa (fka BancVue), a financial SaaS organization, provides community-powered products designed to drive profit and growth for community financial institutions.In my role as an Operations Analyst I was responsible for creating cross-departmental advanced reports to develop, maintain, and drive critical business decisions. To create the aforementioned reports I performed database administration that involved data extraction from an open source CRM, Sugar. I also ran SQL queries to aggregate data in support of business operational needs.

Production Enhancement Group, an Oil and Gas holding company, offered specialized coiled tubing, pressure pumping, nitrogen, and slickline services to oil and gas producers and operators in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi. *In May 2009 its senior lender seized all shares and the company filed for bankruptcy.During my time at Production Enhancement Group, I was responsible for the distribution of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) with liaison between Legal, Safety, HR, Accounting, Insurance, and VP of Operations. I also tracked contract documents from receipt to execution while maintaining electronic and hard copy files. Lastly, I assisted with the implementation of accounting software (Great Plains), fleet management software (IMS) and contract management software (ContractLogix).
