Led the delivery of a critical transformation programme across the UK Customer Management functions, successfully migrating 1.6m accounts from multiple billing systems onto a single billing platform.

Reporting to the National Operations Director, I was responsible for approving and managing all change delivery into UK Customer Service operation. Remit covered 6 contact centres with 2200 seats supporting 22.4 million calls per annum.

Transformation programme to consolidate 13 call centres into a 3 site virtual operation in just 10 months. I was responsible for operational readiness at the 3 strategic sites. The programme was successfully delivered on time and within budget, resulting in a 36%reduction in service operating costs in the first full year after completion.

Managed team of 6 project managers responsible for implementation of all change initiatives within the North East region.

Implemented local and national projects across all functions within the Teesside region. Projects included launch of broadband service,implementation of national pricing strategy and set-up of Fault Management contact centre.

Recruited at franchise start-up, I set up and managed the Teesside Customer Operations function. Department was responsible for diverse back office activities, including sales order transactions, dispatch of work to field staff , and remote fault resolution.

Set up and managed team responsible for providing office support to field based Fault technicians within the Birmingham franchise.
