Heartland Conference Retreat Center is a ministry of the Ohio Ministry Network. This role is an expansion of my position with the Ohio Ministry Network. I keep our 10-year strategic vision, Ohio for Jesus, in front of our 280 churches and 900+ ministers. This is done through preaching at our churches around the state, writing articles, prayer guides, resource guides, and meeting with and encouraging our ministers, staff and lay leaders. I also oversee digital and physical media teams for the Network Resource Center and Heartland Conference Retreat Center, and contribute to and edit the Ohio for Jesus Magazine and the Ohio for Jesus Podcast.

My husband and I launched and led this ministry to people in their 20’s & 30’s (married, single, with and without kids). We had over 100 active members and nearly 200 who considered themselves part of this ministry. We successfully transferred the leadership of this ministry to volunteer team leaders before moving on.

Coordinated and oversaw parking lot, usher, section leader, greeter, and welcome team volunteers, as well as the process and volunteers for welcoming and helping new guests get connected to serving, small groups, membership, and other opportunities at CLC.

I over saw the ministries for kids 1st-5th grade, as well as the student creative arts teams, grades 1-12.

Responsible for overseeing the staff and ministries from birth-young adults.

Launched the first site youth ministry at CLC Piqua which grew to be more than 12% of the church.

Responsible for overseeing the adult leader teams, and working with the Sr. High pastor to provide leadership and spiritual direction for students 9th-12th grade.

Oversaw the Service Academy Nomination process for all US military academies. Also assisted with casework as assigned and general office work when needed.
