Provided executive support to three directors, including meeting coordination and document preparation; processed accounts payable and accounts receivable for the regional office, ten area stores and warehouse; developed and maintained inventory database and developed spreadsheets to facilitate production analysis; responsible for procurement, contract management, and overseeing and transitioning junior clerical staff; wrote and implemented administrative procedures for the ten area stores; facilitated training sessions for the implementation of new technologies and procedures for the region; supported the Regional HR Director in various functions including payroll administration and hiring activities; was the primary point of contact for donors.
