Serving as the sole Recruiter for Williams Adley, I source, vet, and coordinate the full life cycle of entry-level, mid-level, and senior level candidates. Experienced with sourcing within an extremely niche marketplace, I have been able to help the firm establish an on-campus recruitment strategy, passive candidate recruitment strategy, and recruitment marketing initiatives that have enabled me to maintain a steady pipeline within a small industry space. In addition to my regular job roles, I have also spearheaded the company's website renovation including learning the Squarespace platform for continual support, published recruitment articles within industry professional journals, and oversaw company-wide marketing for an eight month period of time.

As a recruiting coordinator, I manage the full life-cycle recruiting process/procedure for new company hires, source candidates through a variety of recruitment channels (referrals, social media, job boards, etc.), Maintain the company’s Careers Page on company website and social media sites and job boards, etc., screen and qualify candidates through phone and in-person interviews, source and vet job boards to post positions and attract qualified candidates, participate in development of company recruitment strategy/philosophy to coordinate with organization mission and represent the company at career/job fairs at colleges, universities and professional organizations.
