Hello! My name is Tara and I am the Campus Recruitment Program Lead running the Student and New Grad programs within Export Development Canada. I feel strongly about connecting with people and feel lucky to have found a career that allows me to continue to do this! I believe that students and new grads are the future of work and the most important employee group for long term success in organizations. I am in my 9th year of work in the HR space. I started as an HR Generalist in the technology sector in Ottawa after finishing an HR Management post-graduate program at Algonquin College. Over the last 4 years I have made the move to specialize in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Student and New Grad programs. I am passionate about fostering an accessible world – in the workplace by partnering with the ID&E team on projects and programs, and in my personal life through accessible sport programs.
