About Tara Fletcher

I am a positive, passionate, and dedicated professional who supports young people in education and youth engagement projects. It was 2014 when I first led a team through National Citizen Service and found my calling- I needed to work with and inspire the next generation. A year later I became a Teaching Assistant and I’ve never looked back! I am proactive, loyal, and a team player and I enjoy developing my role within an organisation.
