I have been recognised for bringing a unique blend of strategic insight and operational execution - a lot of the time marketing leaders have the strategic viewpoint, but lack execution expertise. I have 25 years of experience in B2B technology and marketing puts a particular focus on product marketing, demand generation, and driving revenue through net new and customer campaigns. I believe marketing is an essential part of any technology company, and it needs to deliver on revenue through marketing sourced pipeline, but also ensure every employee is a brand ambassador. Previously I served as CMO at Immedis, the global leader in payroll consolidation, where I worked to develop and execute the GTM strategy. I help build out the multi-country payroll outsourcing as a category, while ensuring that Immedis was recognised as a market leader by analysts, partners, customers and more. Before Immedis, I was Chief Creative Officer and subsequently Chief Marketing Officer at Skillsoft, the world’s largest eLearning company ($600m) from 2016 to 2019. At Skillsoft, I was part of the team that led a highly ambitious and successful transformation of the entire library of content assets as well as reimagining how marketing impacted the business. I've also held leadership positions in Oracle, IONA Technologies, SAS, and TES Global. I am an execution specialist, including restructuring and transforming marketing strategy and teams. I have experience in successfully launching SaaS platform brands, including online membership and subscription base. I have led various global teams, from 2 - 55, sponsored key people and delivered global projects that impacted revenue. I am very data oriented results driven, with a persuasive and effective communication style. I have loved marketing since I read Vance Packards 'The Hidden Persuaders" when I was 12.
