I've spent the past 19 years representing consumers in bankruptcy and I can't imagine doing anything else! It creates such a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in my professional life. In 2018, I expanded the practice to include litigation and settlement of private student loans, as well as providing assistance to distressed federal student loan borrowers. I am a frequent speaker at local, regional, national and international bankruptcy programs, including being a contributor to the Central and Eastern European Law Institute’s program on International Models of Insolvency: A Practical Seminar for Russian Practitioners in 2017, 2018 and 2020.
