Business Development: Grew Executive Health program at PartnerMD Charlotte by tripling the 2018 revenue in the first 2 quarters of 2019, with an additional 100% increase in projected revenue through the next 2 quarters. Bundles of Joy was a charity for children by children. It was developed to provide support for patients, families and staff of neonatal and pediatric patients . It mentored and trained students to become active volunteers and developed projects based on the students individual strengths and interests to optimize their potential. Bundles of Joy donated a resource library, lending library, computer equipment, thousands of toys, and a sizable financial fund. In addition volunteers organized room visits, parties, and reunions.
