Administrative Assistant Ii
Current- Provide administrative support to the City of London Senior Leaders (and City Councillors), including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents.
- Manage correspondence and inquiries from the public, internal departments and other government agencies by email, phone and in person.
- Research solutions to complex issues and compile all available remedies.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate special events, such as ward meetings, and projects as requested.
