During my time with Peace Corps I was instrumental in empowering key community members through training and mentoring in development of project design for programs that improved community members’ health on both a local and national level. I seamlessly collaborated with necessary leadership and community based entities, performed budget management, measurement and evaluation, funding, and implementation for successful completion of projects. This was accomplished by creative and innovative problem solving while working with multiple organizations; governmental, local grassroots, and non-governmental.
