I founded T.S. and Associates in 1996 and have successfully managed all aspects of the business including business development, operations, assessment of client needs, recommending appropriate business structures, and delivery of start-up advisory and entity creation projects. Over the past two decades, I have helped dozens of business owners set off on their course to realize their dreams of working for themselves to create new products, services, and jobs.

As Co-Owner, I managed day-to-day operations including appointments and scheduling, setting up photo shoots, travel, Mary Kay Consulting, and recruitment. I demonstrated a solid track record of approaching opportunities and challenges with a client-centric approach and established the studio as a leading professional photography company.

My responsibilities involved providing intervention services and evaluating and documenting student progress. I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and school administrators to ensure an holistic learning experience for all students.

As a mortgage consultant, I helped clients quality for mortgage loans. I developed a deep understanding of All State’s product and service offerings in order to recommend appropriate solutions that fit the financial goals of clients.
