- Within a few short months from date of hire, was promoted from e-Learning Developer to Director of Training & Corporate Communications where I built the company’s internal SharePoint site which enhanced employee knowledge of the company and quick access to job related documents. Developed social media platforms/company web site where potential Transportation Providers and members had quick and easy access to inquire about our services. Designed HIPAA related e-Learning modules to ensure all employees met the company’s contractual agreement by staying in compliance with company and HIPAA related policies. Documented transportation software related procedures, user guides, and e-Learning courses that all member-facing employees utilized to help ensure a positive member experience.- Within a year of being with the company, I was promoted to Director of Information Systems. In this role, responsibilities included managing the transportation software utilized by Transportation Providers and internal staff to ensure members were successfully transported to their medical related appointments and the providers were reimbursed for their services in a timely manner. Managed various IT services to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, employee’s equipment was running efficiently, and satisfying audit requirements by ensuring yearly compliance training and signed documents were completed by all employees within their respective due dates.- Partnered with the company’s offsite IT partner to ensure the company’s data integrity stayed intact by overseeing services that included cyber security, maintenance updates, backup of the production environment in Azure, etc.
