• Interview, hire, and train for direct staff roles, develop and evaluate staff based ondocumented needs and desired outcomes for programs/services.• Lead and supervise the Career Counselors, providing ongoing coaching, training,support, and an atmosphere for open and direct communication; establishing andclearly communicating performance expectations and ensuring effective delegation; andconducting timely performance reviews.• Collect, assemble, and write monthly outcomes reports for Dislocated Worker programand Adult WIOA program—for internal use and for adherence with external funders’reporting requirements.• Design, develop, and ensure funding for programs to meet the needs of dislocatedworkers and other eligible program participants, working with both internal andexternal partners to expand and enhance programming.• Implement and revise high quality programs to meet the needs of Avivo DislocatedWorker and Adult WIOA program participants.• Develop service models that are engaging and moves job seekers quickly intoemployment.• Manage the development and implementation of workshops and services designed fordislocated workers and other eligible program participants.• Review all active participant files quarterly to ensure overall compliance.• Compile evaluation data from both participant and funders quarterly to ensure overallperformance satisfaction• Develop formal program policies and procedures in collaboration with, and approvalby, division leadership.• Build, foster, and ensure intra-divisional collaboration to maximize participant access tothe organization’s programs and services.

Develop and maintain employer partner relationships as well as develop new partnerships with businesses to place participants successfully into full or part time employment. Provide support to participants in the area of job search and support services.
