That same strong will and a hefty dose of 'overqualified and underpaid' confidence led me to start my own business. With an "overqualified and underpaid" kind of confidence, I set out to create the agency I always wanted to work for, with a team of unpretentious creatives who bring diverse perspectives to the table. The science behind the strategy 🧠As someone who's always been fascinated by human behaviour, I've studied behavioural neuroscience, consumer behaviour, behavioural insights, and consumer decision-making. It's given me a deeper understanding of how people think and buy. This in turn has informed our approach to brand and design. I've had my fair share of stereotypes, and I've seen too many women put their careers on hold or miss out on opportunities because of them.
