People drive the success of an organization. If an organization successfully equips employees with knowledge, direction and value, the employees will drive the organization forward. Companies often fail in developing these elements within the organization's systems and human resources. I understand the need to develop and balance human talent, sound and evolving operations, and innovative technological solutions to achieve organizational goals. My experience encompasses not only the practice of intellectual property law and other legal practices, but other disciplines, including, legal technology, operations, management and leadership, and training and personnel development. I have built and led teams, designed and implemented policies, processes and procedures, and managed complex organizational operations. Throughout these experiences I have been required to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and organizational teams. Because of my knowledge and experience in law, technology and organizational operations, I participated in much of the design and development of the GrowPath legal case management software, and was an integral member of the foundational team for the company.
