Worked with application teams to migrate services from Staples's internal data center to Azure. Was part of architecture discussions, initial proof of concept deployments, environment automation, application testing, and production changes.• Deployed Azure IaaS virtual machines (VMs) and Cloud services (PaaS role instances) into secure VNets and subnets.• Designed Network Security Groups (NSGs) to control inbound and outbound access to a network interfaces (NICs), VMs, and subnets.• Experienced with deployments, Maintenance, and troubleshooting applications on Microsoft Cloud infrastructure AZURE.• Used Terraform workspaces for the Staples Azure implementation to avoid the duplication of code needed to build resources in different regions. Currently, there are 2 supported regions (Primary: eastus2 and Disaster Recovery: centralus) in use for the Staples Azure implementation.• Implemented Azure Code Pipeline and Created Cloud formation JSON templates in Terraform for infrastructure as code.• Extensive experience in Windows AZURE (IaaS) migrating like creating AZURE VMs, storage accounts, VHDs, storage pools, migrating on-premise servers to AZURE, and creating availability sets AZURE.• Provisioned clusters using the infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. Used AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) infrastructure maintenance using automated upgrades, repair, monitoring, and scaling.• Elastically provisioned additional compute capacity in serverless Kubernetes in seconds without worrying about managing the infrastructure by using AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).• Experience in using Kubernetes as a container orchestration tool.• Migrated existing applications to the container(s) and run within the Azure managed Kubernetes service (AKS). Control access via integration with Azure Active Directory.•Develop various automation scripts that enable management of the Azure environment in an automated manner

•Design, install, administer, and optimize hybrid cloud components to ensure business continuity (i.e. Azure AD, ADFS, SSO & VPN Gateways.).•Involved in the design and development of web application in C#.NET, ASP. Involved in migrating on premise cloud storage to Windows Azure using Azure Site Recovery and Azure backups•Integrated Jenkins with various DevOps tools such as Nexus, SonarQube, Puppet and used CI/CD system of Jenkins on Kubernetes container environment, utilizing Kubernetes and Docker for the runtime environment for the CI/CD system to build and test and deploy.•Orchestrated and migrated CI/CD processes using Cloud Formation, terraform templates and Containerized the infrastructure using Docker setup in Vagrant, AWS and Amazon VPCs.•Experience in creating Docker containers leveraging existing Linux Containers and AMI's in addition to creating Docker containers from scratch.•Used Puppet to deploy ELK for automating continuous deployment (CD) and configured Slave Nodes and deployment failure reporting•Expertise in Agile tools, Atlassian Jira, Scrum and Continuous delivery tools Nexus, NexusPro, Rundeck, Mesosphere, Marathon.•Built Puppet manifests and bootstrap scripts to allow us to bootstrap instances to various roles without having to maintain AMIs•Used Ansible server and puppet agent to manage and configure nodes, Managed Ansible Playbooks with Ansible roles and puppet modules.•Experience with Ansible Tower to manage Multiple Nodes and Manage Inventory for different Environments.•Developed Perl and shell scripts for automation of the build and release process.•Built Jenkins jobs to create AWS infrastructure from GitHub repos containing Terraform code and administered/engineered Jenkins for managing weekly builds.
