Training Assistant July 2017 • Makes and confirms reservations for passengers on schedule flights• Updates Load Control Personnel and other departments of changes in passenger itinerary to control space and ensure utilization of seating capacity on flights• Answer general questions about airline reservations• Assist with cancellation of reservations.• Resolving Conflicts• Assist with handling guest's pre-flight and post flight complaints. • Sells services and Virgin America products• As a Lead: help teach and assist other agents with the "Sabre" system and any other issues they have with the guest or reservation. • Certified Training Ace with Virgin America Airline • Help to creating training material for the new agents • Assist with teaching new training material • Create daily reports for training classes • Modify curriculums quarterly • Organize training/teaching events
