Senior Training Specialist
Current- Subject matter expert and advisor.- Establishes and maintains a professional, respectful and collaborative team environment within and across organizations.- Exceeds applicable standards while instructing.- Ensures Course Learning Objectives are fulfilled and teaching methods are in accordance with SCSTC and NETC standards.- Mentors and assists GDIT personnel and military counterparts in achieving qualification and certification goals.- Completes all course related tasks assigned by the customer in a timely and accurate manner.- Supports and assists in the development and evaluation of future training requirements based upon fleet operational lessons learned.- Provides monitoring and continuous course evaluations to ensure adequacy and consistency of training presentations.- Provides SME support for the development of new training products and methodologies- Responsible for training students in technical and tactical skills. - Provides resources, processes, systems, or strategies that drive growth, mitigate risk, and enable program success by advising and assisting with curriculum standards.- Participates in working groups and lesson planning to establish customer relationships- Forms partnerships with instructors and leadership to enhance networking capability- Prioritizes customer service by offering support in curriculum development and assisting in additional classes.
