FirstChoice is Trinity Health's mobile workforce solution, which has rapidly grown to the largest hospital-based travel healthcare organization in the country. Through innovative recruitment practices and dedication to process improvement, we quickly scaled the program at the beginning of the program to respond to critical staffing needs. Originally, FirstChoice served Michigan-based hospitals. Our FirstChoice TA Team rapidly expanded and graduated from hiring 12 travel clinician hires-per-month in January 2020, to 240 clinician hires-per-month in March 2023.
