As a data analytics intern in the marketing team, I was involved in projects relating to marketing analytics.

I supported the team with weekly reporting and data cleaning/preparation. I was also tasked with refining a text analytics model to identify and group the key areas of customer dissatisfaction. This was followed up with brainstorming of ideas to improve the customer experience for all our users and riders.

I collaborated with my fellow intern to prepare Knime and Power BI training materials for the audit team. We conducted the training in a small group of 7, teaching the auditors how to automate and speed up manual data processing for their audits. I also created Power BI dashboards for clients to assess their sales performance and proposed marketing strategies based on the data driven insights.
