- Plan & execute acquisition program to recruit plaintiff attorney members in 21 West US states including traveling to state trial lawyer associations (TLAs) & events including exhibiting as a business partner and/or sponsor, organizing membership drives, social events, working with key local members to identify prospects, collaborating w/ TLAs on membership & donor upgrades, and following up with prospects.- Oversee & implement all Voter Protection Action Committee (VPAC) projects & meetings. Work with coalition partners & national/ state parties to coordinate attorney volunteers as poll monitors, call center volunteers, poll workers, & other volunteer efforts to help protect the vote. Plan & execute voter protection webinars featuring keynote speakers including former AG Eric Holder, Senator Sherrod Brown, & Marc Elias.- Plan & execute a retention program to retain members in the West US including working closely w/ AAJ headquarters to increase AAJ’s overall retention rate.- Support State TLAs & other Plaintiff Bars w/ membership recruitment, helping to grow membership in their organizations, & finding synergies between their membership & AAJ’s where possible.- Support other AAJ initiatives & departments by assisting with education programs, Student Advocacy Trial Competition (STAC), Section & Litigation Groups, & fundraising for AAJ Political Action Committee (PAC), major donor programs, & more.

-Manage the daily operations of the organization including all financial, fundraising, & administrative functions.-Responsible for all fundraising initiatives & campaigns including retention, regaining, and acquiring new donors, plan & execute all fundraising events including annual Champions of Justice award ceremonies, film screenings, & receptions. -Develop & coordinate the annual budget, development plan, communications calendar, targeted email campaigns, & legislative advocacy communications & actions.-Collaborate with coalition partners including advocacy organizations & associations on various consumer, public safety, & civil justice issues.-Liaison for activists, connect public with their lawmakers, coordinate & assist with activists to testify at the Texas Capitol on consumer protection legislation.
