Serve as a resource for all academic programs and departments under the Office of the Provost. Provide support and guidance in making data-informed decisions through the completion of integrative critical reviews of the literature and environmental scans of peer institutions as well as assessment of learning, evaluation, and quality assurance initiatives. Support and mentor 20+ individuals who make up the Faculty Scheduling/Academic Services, Academic Success Center, and Library teams; Oversee the development, implementation, and updating of the strategic plan for these three teams; Lead quality assurance and co-curricular assessment of student learning initiatives for the two student-facing teams; Conduct process and outcome evaluations to promote continuous improvement in areas, including but not limited to academic coaching, library consultations, faculty workload, task fee payment processing, and eBook initiatives; Lead hiring and retention efforts with an emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and equity; Transitioned Academic Success Center from a tutoring model to a coaching model that involves a personalized coaching plan for each student; Transited processes as appropriate when one or more teams was an unnecessary pass through; Collect and analyze data to ensure that university resources are being used efficiently and services match the desires and needs of students; Facilitate relevant, engaging experiences using multiple modalities to share information with students, faculty, staff, and administrators; Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to execute in areas of responsibilities; Create and manage budgets and negotiate lowest prices with vendors

Developed primary research to enhance the experience of students and faculty members. Reviewed and revised all survey instruments administered to students, faculty members, and/or staff members. Completed quality assessment of feedback provided by dissertation reviewers and used findings to inform trainings and interactions with reviewers and chairs.
