I am a professional marketing and communications manager with over 8 years of experience in brand, marketing, campaigns and people leadership. Most recently, I worked as a Senior Brand and Communications Manager at Beyond Blue. Prior to that I have worked across Marketing and Production roles in NFP organisations such as the Alcohol and Drug Foundation and TRY Australia. I have built my career around creativity, innovation and an eye for detail with a background in Photography/Videography and Design. I believe that the key to any great work is an even better brief. I pride myself on my stakeholder management and relationship building skills, having worked with many partner organisations, government stakeholders and external suppliers over my career. My team know me as a kind and compassionate leader with a strategic mindset, ensuring that all brand, marketing and communications activities are aligned to the overall organisational objectives and delivered on time and within budget. I am especially proud of my work setting the foundations for newly formed Brand and Communications team at Be You in which we delivered the Be You Brand strategy and increased brand awareness metrics through a brand campaign and direct marketing activities. We also developed a 24-months communications plan that included the introduction of media and thought leadership which resulted in media coverage across Australia, reaching over 6M people. I am particularly motivated by the work of not-for-profit and health organisations in the mental health, prevention and environmental space and I am now seeking a leadership role where I can combine my creative eye, strategic brain and purpose-driven heart to help support Australians in health, community and environment.
