I am a documentary photographer focusing on storytelling and sharing those stories from a point of connection. My hope is that my work will build bridges in society where gaps are constantly formed. Check out some of my work at:www.taraleighproject.com-Launched an international wedding photography business and strategy for day of logisticsImplemented design strategy over 60 weddings throughout the European Union and the United States. -Curated, organized, and contributed photography and art to different local galleries and businesses throughout the south of Spain and in the United States.-Developing a series of life-long documentary pieces around makers, artists, musicians, community and rare professions to bring about a deeper cultural connection among a variety of communities.-Designed and taught beginner to intermediate workshops in basic to advanced photography, lighting -Created multiple photographic projects for NGO’s from Southeast Asia to Africa to Europe, assisting them in improving their storytelling and content. These global projects included work in rural villages in Cambodia, Burma, the Philippines, and throughout the continent of Africa, Europe and the United States.-Project work has been featured in a variety of organizational websites including an online magazine -Gold Medal Winner of Jumpstart Your Photography Business Contest for Photoshelter Inc.

-Developed and implemented an extensive database and created new communication models for staff and international alumni.-Support a global network of over 250 alumni and current students assisting them to identify potential job opportunities in non-profits, with entrepreneurial initiatives-Consulted on new program developments to the Board of Directors resulting in a change of curriculum and subjects taught at the Academy.-Envisioned, developed, and organized events for the academy including special activity-based events to develop and improve relations with the local community. -Designed and implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract potential students-Mentored and coached prospective and current students weekly to increase their potential for personal and professional growth following graduation from the Academy.-Taught creative thinking, self-awareness, and strategy which led to launching creative and innovative concepts-Operated social media accounts for the non-profit founder as well as provided content for organizational media, press releases, and newsletters.
