Visit different Social Networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr to promote client's company website and create backlinks.

* Take bulk projects from the client and wrote 150-word posts * Submit finished articles to BMR (Build My Rank) website

* Call American applicants for ESL teaching positions in South Korea* Conduct phone interviews* Assist candidates in preparing their documents for their Korean teaching Visa

* Comment on forum topics within the business niche in different online forum sites* Submit 150-word posts to BMR website

* Check in and check out guests* Entertain complaints from both walk-in and stay-in guests and help resolve their concerns* Answer phone calls* Check availability of rooms and reserve guests * Answer general questions

* Take calls from AT&T customers and make sure to resolve all of their concerns during the first call and ensure First Call Resolution* Make notes after every call * Carry out appropriate actions depending on the customer's concerns* Escalate calls accordingly* Provide basic technical solutions on technical issues

* Call random households and asked them to participate in current surveys, which include political surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.* Dispose of calls accordingly* Make sure to finish the calls within the required duration

Check and edit the team's data entry work and send them to CDCI, Pampanga and then send it to the US client

* Enter data onto the client's database* Act as Substitute Trainer when the Trainers and Supervisors are sent to Pampanga for further training.
