Reporting to the President, the Human Resources and Safety Manager primary responsibility is to plan and direct human resource management and safety activities within the Company. The HR and Safety Manager maximizes the strategic use of human resources to maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, company policies and regulatory compliance.

During my four years in University, I worked as a Sawmill Operator with West Fraser in Blue Ridge, Alberta during the summer months of 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. (May-August)
