Human Resources Department

Summer of 2013 I was a full-time intern in the Human Resource department at Hyland Software. I worked in their "people place" as an intern for their Wellness Director. My main focus was to provide corporate wellness for all of the employees at Hyland Software. I was in charge of all of the fitness classes, worked with the Cleveland Clinic "Go Foods," watched the meals provided by the diner, provided a monthly wellness newsletter, worked with "My Fitness Pal," organized 5k runs and other wellness events, approved gym membership reimbursements, worked with payroll deduction requests and much more.

Shadowed the Health Administrators and all of the different departments within the assisted living center such as; finance, admissions, environmental department, human resources, wellness, activities, etc.

Organized for the owner. Answered all phone calls, booked appointments, made reminder calls and much more. Basically a lot of organization and making sure the appointments were booked correctly.
